Terms of Service

1. Provider and contact

Siteplane is operated by Lukas van Uden. Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@siteplane.io.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that invited users have appropriate access.

3. The service

Siteplane provides tools for managing AI-built websites, including structured content editing, insights and enabled website workflows. You remain responsible for your websites, their code, content, configuration, legal compliance and publication decisions.

4. Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in content, assets and website data you submit to Siteplane. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display and transmit that material solely to operate and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to provide it and to invite other users.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Siteplane to:

• break the law or infringe another person's rights;
• upload malicious code or interfere with the service or other users;
• attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits or security measures;
• access accounts, websites or data without authorization; or
• resell or misuse the service in a way that creates material risk for Siteplane or others.

6. Third-party services

Siteplane can connect to third-party services such as hosting, database, email, source-control and payment providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

7. Beta service, changes and availability

Siteplane is currently an early-stage service. Features may change, be suspended or be discontinued. We aim to operate the service reliably but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may perform maintenance and take proportionate action to protect the service and its users.

8. Fees

Any paid plan, price, billing period and cancellation terms will be shown before you purchase it. We will not charge you unless you expressly agree to a paid offering.

9. Siteplane rights

Siteplane and its software, design, branding and documentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of Siteplane technology to you.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Siteplane at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, or if we discontinue the service. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. For ordinary negligence, we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation and only for loss that was reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

12. Governing law and changes

German law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes, and the effective date above identifies the current version.
